Fail to log into the web management page of Deco?
There are many reasons why you may not be able to access the Deco’s web management page, the most common reasons are the browser cache and IP address issue. If you fail to log into the web management page of Deco, please follow the below suggestions.
1. The web UI function is only available with the latest firmware version. Please refer to the link to upgrade your Deco first.
In addition, some Deco models do not support web UI yet, such as Deco M3W. They will support this feature via firmware updates in the future.
2. Click here to know the detailed instruction to log into the web management page of Deco. Please ensure you have entered the correct domain name or IP address in the address bar when trying to log into the Deco.
Note: If the domain name http://tplinkdeco.net is not working, please using http://tplinkdeco.net:30000 in the address bar for a try.
3. Please wire your client to Deco or connect to the Deco via Wi-Fi, only the client connected to the Deco network can log into its web management page.
4. Try to use a different browser to log into the Deco in case the problem is caused by the browser cache.
