Like any other electronic devices, the TP-Link devices radiates heat during operation, it is expected that your TP-Link devices gets warm or maybe a little hot after running for a while depending on the environment.

A cool and well-ventilated environment is ideal for TP-Link devices, please:

1.To prevent potential risks caused by heat, do not place network devices on paper, cloth, fabrics, plastics that are not heat-resistant, or any other surface that doesn’t provide space beneath your device for heat dissipation.

2. Put TP-Link devices in the open, do not cover them with any objects, avoid placing in a closed space, and don’t let it suffocate.

3. Avoid placing TP-Link devices on top of any running electronic devices.

Putting two electronic devices together would greatly increase the surrounding temperature, which is bad for TP-Link devices and the device beneath it.

4. Keep your TP-Link devices away from direct heat or excessive sunlight.

5. Use the correct power adapter that came with TP-Link devices.
