What can I do if my USB print server does not work?

This Article Applies to: 

Some of TP-Link wireless router’s USB ports support Print Server function. If you want to use this function, you need install the Utility your computer. Now, it supports Windows XP/Vista/7/8 and MAC OS. Please refer to the FAQ-415.

 
Step 1:
Make sure that printer works fine when it is connected directly to the computer.
 
Step 2:
Make sure the firmware the router use and utility running is the newest.
 
Step 3:
Follow the Guide FAQ-415, make sure all your settings is correct.
 
If still can’t print, please disable the firewall and anti-virus software to try again. If you can print in this way, please keep the firewall and anti-virus software disabled and reinstall the utility.
