Gần đây, chúng tôi nhận được một số phản hồi về các model router khác nhau mà người dùng không thể truy cập các trang web nhất định, nhưng có thể truy cập các trang web này khi kết nối trực tiếp máy khách với modem. Chủ yếu là do môi trường mạng, chúng tôi nghi ngờ rằng việc truy cập có thể bị chặn bởi CDN. Vui lòng thử khắc phục sự cố sau:

Lưu ý: sau khi Mac Clone, thiết bị có thể bị rớt mạng và bạn cần khởi động lại modem.

1.Hãy thử các thiết bị đầu cuối và trình duyệt web khác nhau. Loại trừ khả năng đó là sự cố của một thiết bị cụ thể

2.Chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên sao chép Địa chỉ MAC của bộ chuyển đổi có dây bằng Mac Clone trên trang web của router.

(1. Vui lòng kết nối trực tiếp máy tính xách tay (PC) của bạn với router qua cáp Ethernet.

(2. Truy cập tplinkwifi.net (192.168.0.1), tham khảo Làm cách nào để đăng nhập vào Tiện ích dựa trên web (Trang quản lý) của router wifi TP-Link?

(3. Nhấp vào Advanced>>Network>>Internet, nhấp vào “Sử dụng Địa chỉ MAC Hiện tại (Use Current MAC Address)”.

 

Hoặc, bạn có thể cần phải nhấp vào Advanced>>Network>>Internet, sau đó nhấp vào “Sao chép MAC của thiết bị hiện tại (Clone Current Device MAC)” để lưu nó.
