    Your Responsibilities:

    • Perform local testing on new products as well as new features, and work with corporate headquarters to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
    • Assist in the execution of the beta testing program, including communication with beta testers, creation of questionnaires, and analysis;
    • Participate in the development and execution of methodologies for local and beta testing;
    • Provide support to the service call center for specific technical issues;
    • Review technical documents translated into German, including WEB as well as APP GUI.

     

    Your profile

    • You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology or a comparable focus. Alternatively, you can show an apprenticeship as an IT systems clerk or IT systems electronics technician;
    • You have experience in testing network products or in providing technical support for electronic network products;
    • Familiar with work related to networks, DHCP and changing IP addresses;
    • Analytical thinking as well as excellent communication skills to troubleshoot problems effectively;
    • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible;

    Your Responsibilities:
