Nếu tôi quên mật mã của ID TP-Link hoặc tài khoản bị khóa?

Nếu bạn quên mật mã của ID TP-LINK hoặc tài khoản bị khóa, vui lòng tham khảo các bước dưới đây để đặt lại mật mã của bạn.

Bước 1: Trên trang Đăng nhập, nhấp vào Quên mật mã (Forgot Password).

  

Nếu bạn đã đăng nhập vào ứng dụng Deco nhưng quên mật mã, để tạo mật mã mới, vui lòng đăng xuất khỏi ứng dụng Deco trước.

Bước 2: Nhập tên người dùng ID TP-LINK (địa chỉ E-mail) của bạn, nhấp vào Gửi (Send)

 

Bước 3: Vào Hộp thư đến, tham khảo hướng dẫn đặt lại mật mã.

Lưu ý: Khi tạo mật mã mới, vui lòng nhập 6-32 ký tự, không bao gồm dấu cách.

INếu bạn không nhận được email khi đặt lại mật mã của tôi, vui lòng tham khảo tại đây để khắc phục sự cố.

Bước 4: Sau khi đặt lại mật mã thành công, quay lại ứng dụng Deco, nhấp vào “Đã đặt lại”, sau đó bạn có thể đăng nhập vào ứng dụng Deco bằng mật mã mới của mình
