Service Status Update

Today, Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a significant outage in the US affecting many companies and services. While TP-Link is working diligently to minimize the impact of this outage on our customers, we want to share the latest information available, so you know what to expect. The situation is fluid, so your individual experience may differ from these general impacts we are aware of.

We appreciate your support and patience and will continue to update you as the situation progresses.
