- Por favor verifique que la versión de hardware de su equipo corresponda con la versión de firmware que desea actualizar. Intentar actualizar el equpo con una versión de firmware diferente puede dañar el equpo y perder la garantía. (Normalmente Vx.0=Vx.6/Vx.8 (eg:V1.0=V1.6/V1.8); Vx.x0=Vx.x6/Vx.x8 (eg:V1.20=V1.26/V1.28)
¿Cómo encontrar la versión del hardware en un dispositivo TP-Link? - No desconecte el equipo de la alimentación electrica durante el proceso de actualización, dado que puede causar un daño permanente al producto.
- Para prevenir desconexión inalámbrica durante el proceso de actualización de firmware, es recomendado cargar el firmware a través de una conexión alámbrica a menos que el equpo no cuente con puertos LAN/Ethernet.
- Es recomendado que los usuarios dejen de utilizar las aplicaciones con acceso a Internet en sus computadores, o se desconecten de Internet antes de la actualización.
- Descomprima el archivo de actualización utilizando software de descompresión tales como WinZIP o WinRAR antes de la misma.
