Besides the increase of space and employees, the new factory is equipped with more high quality advanced machines. 57 SMT lines and 124 Automatic SMT machines largely enhance production capacity. Obvious improvements in the production environment in terms of temperature, humidity and Ground Static Electricity Prevention have added reliability to the company’s quality control.

Looking into the future, TP-Link’s phase 2 factory is still under construction and is due around the end of 2013. With a Gross Building Area of over 200,000m2 (Gross Site Area over 80,000m2), TP-Link has every confidence in the improvement of both our cost and quality controls to bring even more high-quality, cost-effective networking products to our global end-users.
