    Role Overview

    The role as EU Sales Director will require a player/coach who is responsible for renewing and cross selling large existing accounts, as well as prospecting for new business in the European market.     Task and Responsibility:

    - Consultative solution selling of network related solutions for new and existing customers in geographic region.

    - Maintain current industry knowledge (Technical and Commercial) to strategically position our products with customer requirements.

    - Maket Development: Identifying new markets with translation in toappropriate propositions, developing new key account customers while expanding exsiting business, and generating/converting leads;

    Profile:

    - Require 7+ years of experience in new customer acquisition with Enterprise class Telecom and ISP accounts.

    · Understand customer and partner’s requirements on project; successfully deploy a full TP-Link Business solutions;

    · Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences;

    · Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills;

    · Work with the TP-Link ISP team on strategic sales initiatives (customer outreach, Channel training, etc.) to grow the TP-Link business in The Netherlands;

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Role Overview

    TP-LINK Benelux team is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help deliver the company’s growth targets in the ISP space. As market leaders in the consumer networking space, the company is looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the sales team and bring new sales opportunities to the business. This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the BE business moving forwards.

     

    The individual must have a solid background in business development, networking solutions, key account management as well as strong ISP connections in networking and consumer products. You will work with existing team members to close large deals. You will be motivated by growing and working in a culturally diverse team environment. Be prepared to learn and be prepared to teach all in a day's work. You will also work closely with the Sales Director of Belgium and General Manager to determine market strategy, growth goals, and product/user feedback.

     

    Task and Responsibility:

    • Consultative solution selling of network related products for new and existing customers in the ISP area with particular emphasis on growing of TP-LINK busines.
    • Territorial and/or vertical sales responsibility to establish a pipeline, move accounts through a pipeline and ultimately close deals with telecom companies.
    • Develop on-going sales and marketing plans for all key accounts with clear ROI and detailed planning. Work closely with the TP-LINK marketing team to help shape the messaging and key customer content.
    • Maintain current industry knowledge (Technical and Commercial) to strategically position our products with customer requirements.
    • Identifying new markets with translation into appropriate propositions, developing new key account customers while expanding existing business, and generating/converting leads;
    • Influence product strategy from sales angle for detailed product lines, developing new concepts and attack plan.
    • Provide comprehensive market analysis and idea’s on how to further enhance our product and service offering.
    • Work within a team environment and offer support to other areas of the business when required, occasional tradeshow cover and training activities.

     

    Profile:

    • HBO / WO work and thinking level.
    • Bilingual (NL & FR) and knowledge of the English language is a requirement (the language of instruction at TP-LINK is English).
    • At least 5+ years of carrier business experience in customer acquisition with Telecom and ISP accounts.
    • A proven record of success achieving / exceeding sales targets and goals in this product area
    • A mastery of product, technical and sales skills related to networking products or similar industry
    • Strong channel knowledge and familiar with the large market players
    • Performance track record-achieving results
