    Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:

    • Leads generen en prospects benaderen in samenwerking met (indirecte) partners, met een voorkeur voor Medium en Large Enterpise organisaties.
    • Het bezoeken, beheren en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten alsmede het realiseren van new business;
    • Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe concepten en dienstverlening binnen het aangewezen segment;
    • Het positioneren van het merk TP-LINK in het B2B-segment;
    • Het mede vormgeven en implementeren van de B2B strategie van TP-LINK op de korte en middellange termijn
    • Samen met de Channel Director en General Manager voor Benuelux ben je verantwoordelijk voor de totale klantbenadering in het B2B/Enterprises kanaal

    Profiel

    • Je beschikt over HBO / WO- werk en denkniveau;
    • Je beschikt over minimaal 5-8 jaar werkervaring binnen een commerciële functie B2B;
    • Kennis van netwerkproducten of soortgelijke industrie is een pre;
    • Je bent ervaren in het ontwikkelen van totaaloplossingen;
    • Je bent ervaren in het maken van de verkoopdoelstellingen en marketingstrategieën;
    • Je kunt bouwen op een eigen netwerk binnen de TP-link klantengroep en je dient in staat zijn deze te kunnen uitbouwen;
    • Je bent ambitieus, initiatiefrijk, commercieel en zelfstandig;
    • Je bent een gedreven teamplayer;
    • Kennis van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is een vereiste (de voertaal bij TP-LINK is Engels).
    • Je beschikt over sales/ Account Management ervaring binnen een B2B omgeving;
    • Ervaring met het verkrijgen en behandelen van tenders, bids en RFP’s  geldt als een pre;
    • Je bent een echte netwerker,met focus op het aangaan en uitbouwen van klantrelaties;
    • Je bent een gedreven teamplayer;

    We are looking for an experienced Pre-sales Engineer to joining our growing ISP team. As a customer-focused technical expert, you will play a critical role in partnership with sales account manager to create a solution and proposal that meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements. Experience in the deployment, technical analysis, testing and providing support to the ISP and Telecom customers with knowledge of Gateway products and extension products is desirable. By combining technical expertise and commercial awareness, you will maximize sales opportunities and help us drive the growth of the business forwards.

     

    Responsibilities ·

    • You will conduct onsite product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyze clients’ needs, and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales ISP environment; ·
    • Become the technical subject matter expert on TP-Link Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences of our ISP partners; ·
    • Understand customer and partner’s requirements on project; successfully deploy a full TP-Link Business solutions; ·
    • Create deployment guides for both external and internal audiences; ·
    • Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills; ·
    • Work with the TP-Link ISP team on strategic sales initiatives (customer outreach, training, etc.) to grow the TP-Link business in The Netherlands;

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Proven track record of minumum 5+ years in a similiar role; past product and project experience with ISP projects preferably in the telecom industry.
    • Knowledge of Gateway products. (DSL/VDSL/GPON/Fiber Conncetion/4G etc,.
    • Experience of networking and tele-communications with products and solutions; experience with product testing and deloyment is a Pré
    • Good Knowledge of extention products is a Pré. (Knowledge or experience of repeaters, Adapters, Range extenders, etc.)
    • Ability to build rapport and testing with customers, ISP, Telco and hardware/software vendors as well as a problem-solving mindset and a positive approach to tasks.
    • Expert knowledge in end-to-end network troubleshooting;
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities;
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch is a Pré

    • Coordinate and assist in the budget process, monthly financial forecasting and cost reports

    • Describe, manage, and monitor financial processes across the departments

    • Involve in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing process, coordinate with accounting team to ensure smooth closing. Prepare monthly/yearly report
    • Participate in the tax impact analysis and assessment and financially influence the company's business decision-making process in the scope of tax-related topics

    • Other tasks include transfer pricing, and year auditing process, etc..
    • Assist to Lead, manage, and coach the finance team.

     

    Profile:

    • HBO / WO work and thinking level, in the area of accountancy, finance, or business economics.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/bookkeeping roles
    • Relevant financial managerial work experience is an advantage
    • Experience with in international or multinational business environment
    • Excellent working knowledge of GAAP
    • Knowledge of Dutch tax laws and regulations nationally, experienced in handling local tax cases (and international as an advantage)
    • Excellent problem identification and reporting skills
    • Strong written and spoken English is required. Chinese language is an advantage, not a requirement
    • accurate, analytical, and good communicative skills
