Job Description:
• Install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot routers, gateways, Extenders, Access Points and Power Lines and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and including Internet connectivity
• Install ACL, Natting, Port Fowarding, URL Filtering, Qos, VPN....
• Deal with switching features like Vlan, STP, IGMP...
• Train and provide troubleshooting procedures to Customers for first-line or Second lines network issues
• Friday & Saturday will be fixed holiday.
• Perform security checks and recovery mechanism in case of any incidents.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Communication/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• CCNA Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent command of English
• 1+ year experience in technical support call center at WE (Mandatory).
• Preferred Males.
