Procedures in Detail

With this shipping method selected, the customer will need to follow the guidance to return the defective product along with the RMA number to the UK office at the below address first. A replacement will be delivered next two working days of receiving the defective product.

RMA Department
TP-Link UK Limited
Units 2 & 3 Riverview
142-144 Cardiff Road
Reading
RG1 8EW

Note:

*The customer is requested to ship back the defective product first at their own cost.

*TP-Link UK is responsible for the one-way shipping fee of the replacement.

*The postage for a defective product being returned for replacement will not be reimbursed because TP-Link UK as the manufacturer doesn’t sell any product to the end-user directly.

Advanced Service-Deposit First

In order to help our customers to get the replacement ASAP at a low cost, TP-Link UK has introduced a new shipping method that means the customer can pay a deposit and small service charge to get the replacement to be delivered before sending back the defective product.

Advanced RMA Service-Delivery and Collection (UK Mainland only)

TP-Link UK can offer an Advanced RMA service at charging £24 for the customer who expects to receive a replacement before sending back the defective product in order to reduce the interruption time.
