    About the job

    We are looking for a Business Assistant reporting to E-commerce Manager to service and develop the online business. You will be part of E-commerce team to assess the sales functions, objectives and requirements of the organisation; determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology, analyses and interprets information gained and formulates and implements recommendations and solutions; working as contact points for HQ China by implementing HQ policies/procedure in local level.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with the E-commerce Manager to encourage and develop the growth of E-commerce business;
    • Handle all customer enquiries and queries, ensuring timely and accurate response and provide customer service;
    • Assist with online visual merchandising of the E-commerce range;
    • Maintaining product data and pricing;
    • Organizing stock for listing sales, packaging and disposal where necessary;
    • Compile and provide weekly and monthly sales reports ;
    • Identify problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods and markets with solutions;

     

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • At least Bachelor degree in any disciplinary;
    • Preferable related working experience ;
    • Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles;
    • Good time management skills along with the ability to multitask;
    • Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects ;
    • business analysis skills, have good sense of numbers;
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential ;
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    About the Job

    You will be working in a small technical team. This role plays a vital role in liaising between various customers and the company.

    The primary responsibility for this role is to support 1st line customer service by answer inquiries and questions from customers. The intention is to project the company's image professionally through telephone interaction and professional manner. The engineer also deals with customer complaints and proposes appropriate solutions. Besides, the person also needs to do product testing to make sure that new products will be localized. 

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions;
    • Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by the company;
    • Checking online products reviews from website including social networking;
    • Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken;
    • Directing unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource;
    • Recognizing, documenting, and informing the supervisor regarding the trends in internal and external customer calls;
    • Providing individualized customer service at high-standard professional level;
    • summarizing from Customers’ requests and ideas to head office;
    • Testing Beta Products e.g. Wireless and Cable/Modem/3G Routers, Switches etc.
    • Product testing for localizing new products test;
    • Providing technical support to Sales and Marketing department;
    • Other tasks assigned by manager.

     

    Skills and Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computing Networking/Engineering/Science with CCNA certification;
    • Good understanding of Networking Fundamentals e.g LAN/WAN;
    • Good understanding of the OSI Model;
    • Good understanding of Wireless Standards e.g.  IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac;
    • Previous technical customer service experience is ideal but not essential;
    • Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously;
    • Ability to cope with difficult customer situations & handle diverse people;
    • Analyse customer's problems properly and provide logical solutions & being resourceful and attention to detail;
    • Take initiative to learn updated products, technology and technical market environment;
    • Good telephone manner;
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

    TP-Link UK Ltd is looking for a highly motivated, talented Graphic Designer to provide a comprehensive, creative in house marketing design service.  The successful candidate will be working closely with design and marketing colleagues and responsible for developing a range of original, eye catching designs and graphics for print and online purposes. This full time position is based in TP-Link’s UK Head Quarters in Reading.

     

    As a Marketing Graphic Designer, your main responsibilities will involve:

    • Design and delivery of rich media elements for a range of uses and applications - e.g. in-store POS, online/offline campaigns, print ads and web based deliveries.
    • Production of print ready art work and liaison with print suppliers
    • Delivery to meet challenging on fast moving deadlines
    • Management of multiple projects
    • Production of accurate and high-quality work
    • Design and develop a mobile friendly landing page (It's a plus);

     

    As a Graphic Designer, your skills and qualifications will include:

    •  A degree or equivalent in graphic design, a background or interest in technology is not essential but would be beneficial.
    •  Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role and exposure to working with briefs and clients
    •  Excellent skills using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    •  Demonstrable organisational skills
    •  In this creative role you will need to build strong working relationships with your colleagues - so you will also be flexible, collaborative and adept at keeping colleagues informed by phone and email
