QA
Q1: What should I do if I don't remember the login device password to access the web management page or the app?
A1: If you can access the web management page using the TP-Link ID previously bound, we can use the Password Recovery function to reset the password. For unsupported models or devices without a TP-Link ID bound, a factory reset is required to reset credentials.
Get to know more details of each function and configuration. Please go to the Download Center to download the manual for your product.
