    Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $108,000

     

    Job Requirements:

     

    • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
    • 5+ proven work experience in sales or account management role
    • Solid background in dealing with regional, national or key accounts and proven success in sales targets achievement
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in leading presentations and negotiations
    • Ability to build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key national accounts
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

    This is a mid-senior level design role. We are looking for a designer who is confident working independently, understands real-world packaging production and print execution, and is fully fluent in both English and French. The ideal candidate has strong experience adapting, formatting, and quality-checking bilingual packaging copy, with a clear understanding of Canadian and Quebec market language requirements. Attention to detail is critical, particularly when reviewing layouts, typography, and copy accuracy to ensure packaging meets all applicable regulatory and market standards.

    Location: Hybrid | 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON + Work From Home 
    Type: 1-Year, Full-Time Contract
    Pay Range: $21.00/hr - $53.00/hr

    Job Requirements:

    • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and print execution
    • Proven experience working with bilingual packaging
    • Strong understanding of bilingual packaging language requirements for the Canadian and Quebec markets
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Strong knowledge of print production, prepress, and packaging workflows
    • High attention to detail, particularly for copy accuracy, layout precision, proof reading and regulatory compliance
    • Experience managing high SKU volumes or packaging conversion projects is a plus

    • Execute packaging design and artwork updates across multiple SKUs, including bilingual layouts
    • Adapt, format, and quality-check English and French copy to meet Canadian and Quebec market language and compliance standards
    • Prepare print-ready files, including dielines, layouts, prepress checks, and final artwork.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Quality) to manage revisions, approvals, and timelines
    • Maintain brand consistency across all packaging while working within established templates and guidelines
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    Salary Range: $70,000 minimum to $90,000 maximum (Salary is based upon candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations).

     

    Job Requirements:

    • BSc degree in a relevant engineering field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
    • 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Technical Support, Application Engineer or similar role
    • Proficiency in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
    • Customer-oriented mindset
    • Experience working in the ISP&SMB networking field is a strong asset
    • Strong technical background with understanding of relevant technologies and products
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance to ISP&SMB customers
    • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support
    • Communicate with ISP&SMB customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate technical solutions
    • Research, diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by ISP&SMB customers through email or remote access
    • Gather customer feedback to improve company’s ISP&SMB products and services
    • Document processes and customer interactions, and prepare reports for the management
    • Provide feedback to product development teams to improve ISP&SMB products
    • Collaborate with the sales team during product/project implementation to resolve technical challenges
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations to explain the company’s products to customers
    • Test new and updated products and provide feedback to development teams
    • Participate in trade shows and seminars to promote the company’s products
    • Provide training and support to the internal L1 technical support team
    • This role requires both office work and travel to customers’ sites
