    Responsibilities

    • Perform general warehouse functions: picking and packing, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading and wrapping goods
    • Inspect all goods and verify the accuracy of shipment and associated documentation
    • Assist in the coordination of RMA process
    • Ensure work environment is always organized and clean
    • Work in a safer manner by adhering to the established safety standards of the organization
    • Assist in a variety of departmental tasks as needed

     

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous work experience in a warehouse position
    • Must have a valid forklift license
    • Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift truck
    • Good communication skills; fluent language skills in English and preferred Chinese
    • Computer skills such as Microsoft Office and UPS WorldShip is required, and networking products skills preferred.
    • Safety oriented team player with ability to manage work processes
    • A basic understanding of IT products, Inventory and RMA procedures is an asset

The B2B Account Manager is responsible for the sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with existing accounts. As an Account Manager you are passionate about understanding business drivers for performance, the range of ad products available, and engaging with internal and external partners to deliver strategic recommendations. You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with the ability to be a self-starter and find solutions with/without guidance.

     

    This role requires the successful candidate to be fluent in both English and French.

     

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Strategic planning for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
    • Responsible for maintaining and building a more cohesive relationship with customers
    • Plan and execute channel marketing programs
    • Understanding of networking industry and experience in working collaboratively with Engineers to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary education
    • 5+ years experience in IT B2B business is a must
    • MUST be bilingual in English and French
    • Technical background in Networking is an asset 
    • Demonstrated high level of strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
    • B2B experience and understanding of the Canadian market an asset
    • Able to proactively cold call into net new accounts in order to drive new business
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

The Bilingual Technical Support Specialist is responsible to provide technical support and service for both internal employees and external customers on their technical needs. As Technical Support Specialist you are passionate about following up as required with customers to ensure problems were resolved and/or recommend further action to ensure customer satisfaction. You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with the ability to be a self-starter and find solutions with/without guidance.

     

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct technical web and telephone support to TP-LINK customers 
    • Basic troubleshooting on the full range of Networking products
    • Collection and analysis of customer network information and Recommend corrective actions based on analysis
    • Provide customer education where needed due to gaps in networking, product knowledge etc.
    • Consultation of technical documentation, bulletins, and release notes for known problems
    • Follow up on technical cases including proper escalation and management of the case until case closure.
    • Manage customer communications and expectations until the closure of each case

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in a technical support role in a networking/security company or equivalent education
    • Strong understanding of SOHO and SMB networking products
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Previous call center experience, preferably supporting data networking products is desirable.
    • Strong French and English skills both written and verbal
    • Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
    • Strong understanding of WiFi technologies and peripherals (AP, Wireless controllers, range extenders, Mesh)
