    Job Description:

    Reporting directly to the General Manager, the B2B Account Manager is responsible for the sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with existing accounts.

     

    Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Strategic planning for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting
    • Responsible for maintaining and building a more cohesive relationship with customers
    • Plan and execute channel marketing programs
    • Understanding of networking industry and experience in working collaboratively with Engineers to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction

     

    Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary education
    • 5+ years of experience in IT B2B business is a must
    • Technical background in Networking is an asset
    • Demonstrated high level of strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

    Order & Inventory Management Assistant

    Role Summary
    The Order & Inventory Management Assistant will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, and solutions coordination to support the Company’s success. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese.

    •    Perform a variety of administrative support in all responsible areas in order to support the company’s success


    Requirement
    •    1-2 years experience performing inventory control, data entry or sales support preferred
    •    Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    •    Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
    •    Must have effective written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Richmond Hill, ON. Reporting to the Team Lead, the Sales Assistant will be responsible for sales engagement, sales analysis, inventory management and solutions coordination to support the Company's success.

    • Provide regular status reports and summaries for forecasting and demand planning.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by Key Account Manager.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Post-secondary education or equivalent.

    • Must have strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Prior experience in retail sales management preferred.

    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills would be an asset.

    • Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
