- Collectively work with TP-Link teams (account sales/ technical, marketing, specialization overlays) + your partners teams (sales/ technical/ professional services, managed services, etc.) to develop “go to market” offerings
- Articulate the company’s technical value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities
- Be the primary technical point of contact for your partners and customers. Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to clients and champion them to the broader Canadian TP-Link team
- Lead product and solution demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive and/or technical levels, both pre-and post-sales
- Deliver internal and external training on the company's existing and new products/solutions
- Respond to RFI/RFQ and tenders/inquiries and produce detailed proposals
- Have a strong ability to position TP-Link solutions to your partners and customers, whether this be remotely or in person. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present through whiteboarding, technical white papers, technical plans, or customer discussions
- Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap
- Assist and/or lead in training events where the target audience is technical and includes System Engineers, Solutions Architects and Professional Services
- Manage your time effectively when working on multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring a positive customer/partner experience is maintained
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account technical information of all customers and prospects
- Frequent interprovincial travel will be required
