If you failed to subscribe to the HomeShield service, please refer to the following troubleshooting:

For iOS

  1. Check if your iOS version is iOS10 or higher.
  2. Make sure your network is stable to load the service subscription.

For Android

  1. Make sure you have installed Google Play on your phone.
  2. Check if you have logged in with your Google account.
  3. Make sure your network is stable to load the service subscription.
  4. Make sure the phone system version is api3 or higher.
