    Job Description : 

    • Responsible for client relationships and projects of the assigned key accounts. 
    • To build and improve relationships with the key clients. 
    • To ensure good understanding of the key clients' requirements and current market trend.
    • Explore for opportunity to achieve the sales targets. 
    • To deliver new sales into the key clients' portfolio. 
    • Deeply understand the telecommunication industry and identify clients' opportunities. 
    • Lead and provide high contribution for hitting the sales targets. 
    • Participate in the negotiation strategies and lead the negotiation process. 
    • Maintain insight into competitors and able to provide targeted competitive solutions and formulate competitive strategies. 

    Job Requirements : 

    • Bachelors's Degree and above. 
    • Minimun 3 years sales experience in telecommunication industry with proven track record. 
    • Familiar with ICT industry, international trading, business management principles, bidding procedures and etc. 
    • Experienced with serving ISP Accounts is preferred. 
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. 
    • Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Able to work in multicultural and fash changing environment. 
    • Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills. 

    Working Hours : 

    • Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays

    • To develop and implement strategic and technical support to Internet Service Provider (ISP) customers. 
    • To ensure the product solution design is competitive technically. 
    • To understand customer business and technical requirements. 
    • To manage and solve customer technical related issues. 
    • To provide technival solutions and delliver formal technical proposals / presentations to customers. 
    • Responsible for analysing and designing in supporing business needs. 
    • Constantly review of company products, procedures and controls to ensure that the business meets company standards. 
    • To conduct product testing. 

    Job Requirements : 

    • Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering. 
    • At least 6 years working experiences on fixed network doman or technical domain. 
    • Experienced of servng ISP accounts is preferred. 
    • Experienced in networing product like Switches, Wireless Access Point, Router and other networking related products. 
    • Good knowledge in the fields of fixed network system such as IP, DSL, Ethernet, GPON, Wireless etc. 
    • Capability to communicate with customers including technical alignment, communication, clarification and negotiation with customers. 
    • Experienced in handling and troubleshoot technical issues. 
    • Possess CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificate would be an added advantage. 

    Working Hours :

    • Prepare and maintain training materials for local service team and corporate clients.
    • Product testing and evaluation, report product quality issue and firmware issue.
    • As technical point of contact, e.g engineering team, customer and vendor.
    • Work with local team to provide technical support for the corporate clients.
