How to block a device or remove a device from the Blacklist?
The Blacklist feature of the Deco allows you to block a device from accessing to your Deco network.
Here we take Deco M9 Plus as an example.
How to block a specific device on the Deco App?
1. Open Deco App, on the Network Devices page, tap on one of the devices, you will go into the detailed page of the device.
2. Click on the Settings icon at the upper right corner, then tap the three circles icon at the upper right corner, then tap on Blacklist. This device will be added to the blacklist, which means it’s unable to connect to the Deco network any more.
How to remove a device from Blacklist?
If you accidentally block one of your devices, please launch the Deco App, tap More at the bottom right corner, then tap on Blacklist.
Then find the device you want to remove, tap the three dots icon on the right side of the blocked device, then tap Remove to remove the device from the blacklist.
