As we changed Intellon Chipset of TL-PA251 with Atheros’s, the old version utility is not available anymore. But due to our mistake, some unsuitable CD is packed in the box. The software can be successfully installed, but can’t be opened if the PC is connected to the powerline adapter.
For the situation, we suggest you click here to download the new version utility. Uninstall the old and install the new utility to replace it. Actually, you don’t need the utility at all. They are plug and play device. You can pair them simply with pair button.
