Q1: How do I cancel the Tapo Care subscription plan?
A1: We're sorry to see you go! If you decide to cancel your Tapo Care subscription, you can do so by turning off auto-renewal.
Since your subscription plan is prepaid, you cannot cancel or receive a refund for the current period.
You will continue to have Tapo Care and features on your subscription plan until it expires at the end of your billing period.
Q2: Will I receive a credit or refund for the cancelation?
A2: No, since your subscription plan is prepaid, cancellation of paid subscriptions has no retroactive effect in the sense of refunding and only affects future charges.
You will keep your service until the billing period ends and your subscription plan expires.

Q4: Can I change the TP-Link ID that uses the Tapo Care services?
A4: No, the Tapo Care Plan is associated with your TP-Link account; changing the TP-Link ID that uses the Tapo Care service is not allowed.
Q5: Can I cancel the Tapo Care Free Trial?
A5: Yes, you can cancel the free trial at any time during the trial period. However, please note that once the trial is canceled, it cannot be reactivated.
