    This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of storytelling, can analyze performance data, and manages multiple channels with flair and precision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation & Strategy
    • Develop and execute the social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
    • Create engaging, localized content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with Hungarian audiences
    • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting

    Community Engagement & Growth
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
    • Build and nurture an active online community
    • Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach

    Analytics & Optimization
    • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
    • Analyze engagement data and adjust strategy to improve results
    • Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm changes

    Campaign Support & Coordination
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support launches and promotions
    • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
    • Localize English-language materials into Hungarian
    • Handle operational administrative tasks essential for smooth day-to-day functioning
    • Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager

    Requirements

    • 3–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
    • Strong writing skills in both Hungarian and English
    • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
    • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and reporting
    • Independent and proactive work style with excellent time management skills
    • Passion for technology and digital communication

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the tech or consumer electronics industry
    • Familiarity with influencer marketing and paid media campaigns
    • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

    Fő feladatok

    • Új üzleti lehetőségek felkutatása és követése a B2B szektorban, az üzleti/vállalati Wi-Fi megoldásokra összpontosítva.
    • A releváns rendszerintegrátor (SI) partnerek vagy üzleti végfelhasználók  verbuválása és a kialakított kapcsolatok kezelése üzleti Wi-Fi megoldás vagy hasonlóan releváns projektek terén
    • Proaktív lead generálás, hálózatépítés az egész országban az SI-partnerekkel együtt
    • Stratégiai értékesítési tervek kidolgozása és végrehajtása a bevételi célok elérése és az ügyfélkör bővítése érdekében.
    • Együttműködés a műszaki csapattal az ügyfél igényeihez igazodó, testreszabott megoldások megtervezése és javaslattétele érdekében.
    • Erős kapcsolatok kiépítése és ápolása a kulcsfontosságú döntéshozókkal és az iparág befolyásoló szereplőivel.
    • Naprakészen követi az iparági trendeket és a piaci dinamikát a növekedési lehetőségek azonosítása érdekében.
    • Rendszeres értékesítési előrejelzések, jelentések készítése, kiemelve az előrehaladást, a kihívásokat és a lehetőségeket.

     

    Elvárások

    • Minimum 3-4 év munka tapasztalat SI Business Development Manager-ként
    • Meglévő rendszerintegrátori kapcsolatrendszer a magyar piacon
    • Legalább BSc diploma releváns területről
    • Angol nyelvtudás
    • B kategóriás jogosítvány

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Support & Administration:

    Communication & Coordination:

    Sales Activity Support:

     Requirements:

    • 1–3 years of administrative experience; background in commercial environments is an advantage
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in using Excel functions and reporting tools
    • Independent and precise work style with strong time management
    • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of English
    • Interest in the IT and networking sector

     Preffered qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales
    • Category B driving license
    • University degree in economics, commerce, or a relevant field

    • Assist in hiring processes for logistics and sales assistant roles
    • Execute ad-hoc logistics tasks as needed to support business operations

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, preferably within an international environment
    • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over tasks and outcomes
    • Excellent organizational skills with a structured and methodical approach to work
    • Precision and exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of logistics operations
