Effective immediately*, due to government regulations, the use of 2-way audio functionality on TP-Link Tapo devices will be blocked within the territory of the Sultanate of Oman. This change is aimed at ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Furthermore, TP-Link Tapo Care Subscription and cloud management services will also be unavailable for users in Oman. We are actively working with relevant authorities to explore alternative solutions that align with the government's policies, while continuing to provide valuable features and services to our users.
