Note: Due to the PayPal policy, the billing PayPal account cannot be changed directly. If you want to change it, you'll need to first cancel the current subscription and re-subscribe with the new account.

Scenario 4: Updating payment cards on the Tapo Care Website

Use this option for Tapo Care subscribers managing payments directly through the web portal.

Step 1. Visit Tapo Care | Tapo and log in with your TP-Link ID.

Step 2. Check the active subscription under My Subscriptions.

Step 3. Click Billing Info and edit your card details.

Step 4. Save changes and confirm the update.

Note: The new payment method will be used for the next auto-renewal cycle.

Scenario 5: Updating payment method on Kasa App or Webpage

For Kasa Care subscribers using Android devices or the Kasa Website.

Step 1. Open the Kasa app, go to Me > Kasa Care > Payment.
