What Should I Do if the Side Brush of My Tapo Robot Vacuum Gets Stuck?
The side brush of the Robot Vacuum is a three-pronged accessory. Its main function is to clean dust and debris in corners and at the bases of obstacles, such as furniture and baseboards, and direct it toward the main roller to ensure optimal cleaning.
If the side brush of your Robot Vacuum gets stuck, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check for large debris or objects entangled in the side brush or its mechanism. Turning the Robot Vacuum over will allow you to thoroughly inspect the brush.
2. If, upon inspection, you find large debris or objects entangled in the side brush, you can remove the brush to dislodge, or pull firmly, to remove debris or tangled objects. Wipe with a damp cloth if needed.
3. Re-install the side brush and apply adequate pressure to ensure it is securely seated in the Robot Vacuum.
4. Restart the Robot Vacuum.
