How do I view my video recordings?

*Note: All Kasa Cams require and only work with the Kasa for Mobile App   

To view your camera’s recordings, you will need to access the associated Kasa Account.  You will be able to view, and download all recorded clips.  Clips are maintained based on your subscription plan.  Each camera comes with a free 30-day trial that includes 30-days of clips storage. 

 

For Android:

Launch the Kasa App and in the upper right corner tap the “Bell” icon.

 

Find the clip you want to view and tap on it to play or tap on “download” to download the clip to your device.

 

For IOS:

Launch the Kasa App, then in the lower right tap on the “Bell/Activity” icon.

Find the clip you want to view and tap on it to play or tap on “download” to download the clip to your device.

 

*Note:  To share a clip you must first download the file to your device.  Once on your local device you can share the clip as needed, such as by email or cloud storage.
