How to add the thermostat to the Deco network?

• Launch the Deco app, tap the Add icon at the upper right corner, choose Smart Devices -> Thermostats -> Thermostat (Nest) -> New Thermostat;
• Tap Connect, the app will link your Nest account;
• When the link is set up, the Nest Protect will list in the device list on the Deco app.

How to remove a Nest thermostat from the Deco network?

• Launch the Deco app, tap the Add icon at the upper right corner, choose Smart Devices -> Nest -> Nest Thermostat.
• Tap the three circles at the upper right corner, then tap UNLINK NEST ACCOUNT.

Troubleshooting

Fail to add the Protect / the Protect is offline/unreachable

• Check if the thermostat can be still controlled by the Nest app.
• Unbind the link between Deco and the Nest account. And then link them again.
