What Should I do if a Battery of the Robot Vacuum Error Occurs?

If the robot vacuum or APP prompts Battery Error, please try the following steps:

1. Restart the robot vacuum.

2. The battery temperature is too high or too low. Please wait until the battery temperature changes to 0℃- 40℃ (32℉- 104℉).

If the problem still persists, please Contact Support.
