How to add an EasyMesh device to your Deco network

Visit your product's support page, select the correct hardware version for your device, and check either the Datasheet or the firmware section for the latest improvements added to your product. Please note that product availability varies by region, and certain models may not be available in your region.
Deco EasyMesh allows you to add EasyMesh-compatible routers or extenders of the same or different brands to an existing Deco network to expand Wi-Fi coverage.
Note:
- Features may vary from different Deco models.
- The steps may vary depending on your device's operation system. Here we take the iOS system as an example.
Before Start
- Make sure the device to be added in the compatibility list that supports EasyMesh. Firmware upgrade may be required for certain models. Please check the user manual or ask the manufacturer.
- Make sure your Deco network is set up and working well. If not, you can scan the QR code below or go to Google Play or the App Store to download and install the Deco app on your Android or iOS device. Then follow app instructions to set up your Deco network first.
Follow the steps below to add an EasyMesh device to your Deco network.
1. Open Deco app, go to the Network module and tap +.
2. Select Add EasyMesh Nodes.
3. Select the Deco that is nearest to the EasyMesh device.
4. Use any of the ways to add an EasyMesh device to your Deco network.

Connect via WPS button:
- Place the EasyMesh device near your Deco.
- Power it on and press the WPS button on the EasyMesh device.
- Then tap I have pressed the WPS button on the Deco app. Then the EasyMesh device will be added to the Deco network.

Connect via an Ethernet cable:
- Tap Use wired connection on the Deco app.
- Connect the LAN port of the EasyMesh device and the LAN port of the Deco with an Ethernet cable. Then tap Connected and Exit Setup. The EasyMesh device will be added automatically and appear in the Dashboard.
