TP-Link has officially begun to launch our 802.11AX class wireless routers. However, with this new technology some WLAN adapter may be unable to connect to the router’s 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz bands. We have already released a firmware that improves compatibility for mobile devices.  For most network cards this can be solved by updating your network adapter’s driver to its latest version.

For example, when updating an Intel network adapter use the following resources:

*Note: Before updating the WLAN card driver, you need to check the operating system of the computer and download the corresponding driver from the official website of the WLAN adapter manufacturer.

If you have any questions about updating WLAN card, please contact the manufacturer's technical support team for that adapter.
