The statement of “Cross-region viewing” problem which occurs in non-cross-region topology on tpCamera APP
220 Note：This FAQ is suitable for all TP-Link cloud cameras including NC200, NC220, NC250 and so on. Here we take NC200 as example.
After updating the latest version of tpCamera APP, you may encounter the cross-region viewing problem with low probability even if your camera and APP in the same region, for example, AU customers.
When you view camera’s video on tpCamera APP, it will note “Sorry, this camera is in another region”, which will lead that you can’t view the video properly on tpCamera APP.
Statement
This problem mainly occurs in some unique countries, like AU, UAE and so on. If you encounter the same problem, we recommend you view your camera through our cloud website (www.tplinkcloud.com ).
We will release a new APP to solve this problem in early February for earliest, which supports cross-region viewing.
