TP-Link Leads Global Networking Market for 23 Consecutive Quarters

TP-Link achieves 41.2% in Q2 2016

Reading, Berkshire, UK - Nov. 1st, 2016 - TP-Link, the world's leading innovator of home, small, and medium business networking solutions, is named the largest supplier of WLAN products for the 23rd consecutive quarter.

According to the IDC Worldwide Quarterly WLAN Tracker, 2016 Q2, TP-Link is consistently ranked as the world’s largest supplier of WLAN products, measured by units shipped. In Q2 2016 it represented 41.2% of global WLAN product shipments, a significantly higher share than its nearest competitor.

The IDC Worldwide Quarterly WLAN Tracker Q2 2016 figures underline the company’s continuous top of the class performance. In Q1 2016 TP-Link was again in the top spot, with a 45.9% share of global WLAN product shipments.

TP-Link’s highly successful range of wireless access points provide some of the most versatile and cost-effect solutions for small and medium-sized businesses on the market today. This summer, TP-Link also introduced the Talon, the world’s first router to include Qualcomm's 802.11ad technology for blisteringly fast connection speeds.
