What should I do if I cannot remotely manage my Deco network?
1)We cound’t find Deco.
If you cannot find your Deco network and you are away, please ask a family member to make sure that the Deco is powered on and connected to the modem (if there is one) properly via an Ethernet cable. The LEDs should be lit. If not, power off and then power on your cable modem to reset your internet connection. If that doesn’t work, restart your primary Deco unit.
2)Something is wrong with your wireless device.
Verify that your mobile device is connected to the internet.If the internet is unavailable, go to Settings on your wireless device and connect to the internet using either cellular data or a Wi-Fi connection.
