There’s something wrong with my primary Deco unit.

Both primary and extension Deco units have pulsing red LEDs,

check if Ethernet cable is properly connected to the modem. Then power off and on the modem, wait for 2-3 minutes until the Deco LEDs turn back to solid green.

Double-check your PPPoE account. If you’re using a PPPoE connection, verify your username and password are correct.

Power off and on your Deco Whole-Home Wi-Fi System.
