Promotion

The mentioned promotion is the "2024 FEB AU Deco Wi-Fi 6 and Tapo Promotion" hosted by the Promoter during the specified Promotion Period. As per the conditions outlined in these Terms, individuals who make a qualifying purchase within the Promotion Period may become eligible to receive a Bonus, provided they meet the specified requirements.

Promoter

The “Promoter” is TP-Link Australia Pty Ltd ABN 27 146 745 173 of unit 4 9-11 South Street RYDALMERE NSW 2116.

Promotion Period

The "Promotion" referred to here is the "2024 FEB AU Deco Wi-Fi 6 and Tapo Promotion"organised by the Promoter within the designated Promotion Period of 19/02/2022 to 31/03/2024 inclusive, while stocks last. In accordance with these Terms, individuals who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period may qualify to receive a Bonus.

Who can participate?

To qualify for claiming a Bonus, each claimant must fulfil the following prerequisites:

a. Reside in Australia and be an Australian resident.

b. Be at least 18 years of age.

c. Make an eligible purchase within the specified promotion period.

d. Adhere to the Terms and Conditions as outlined.

Within the context of these Terms and Conditions:

"Eligible Purchase" pertains to the acquisition of a participating product from an Authorised Participating store in a single transaction, paid in full during the Promotion Period. Claimants must complete the online claim form to submit their eligible claim. It's important to note that eligible purchases do not include:

i. E-Bay (unless the store is Verified Partner), Unauthorised E-Tailers and/or Service Providers. Email marketing.au@tp-link.com to verify Reseller before making purchase.

ii. Commercial or business transactions involving the purchase of more than two (2) units of Participating Products.

iii. The acquisition of second-hand products or ex-display stock.

iv. Purchases made in conjunction with any other TP-Link offer.

Bonus & Participating Products

The bonus products listed in below table is obtained through redemption and will be shipped directly by TP-Link Australia. No alternative products will be provided in place of the bonus item unless notified. All decisions made by TP-Link are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

"Participating Products" encompasses the following items:

Delivery

Bonuses will be exclusively delivered to addresses within Australia, and deliveries to PO boxes are not permitted. It is important to note that the Promoter holds no liability for any deliveries dispatched prior to the notification of a change in delivery address.

Please be aware that the delivery of the Bonus may take up to the specified timeframe mentioned in the Details. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery that occur beyond its control.

Claims

All claims submitted will receive a confirmation of receipt via email by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. Claims must be received by TP-Link no later than 7/04/2024.

Verification and invalid claims

Multiple claims are strictly prohibited, and only one claim per household address and email address will be accepted.

If any details on the purchase receipt or tax invoice for the Eligible Purchase do not align with the information received by the Promoter as per these Terms, the entry may be considered invalid.

The Promoter retains the right to verify proof of purchase with Participating Outlets to ensure the validity of the claim.

Discretion or disqualify.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any claimant who:

a. Breaches these Terms.

b. Provides false information or fails to provide information as required by these Terms.

c. Submits a claim that does not comply with these Terms.

d. The Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe:

i. Is not the original claimant.

ii. Has engaged in forgery, manipulation, interference, or tampering with the Promotion, or appears to have benefited from such activities.

iii. Has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or other conduct that interferes with the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

e. Engages in any action that may adversely affect the reputation or name of the Promoter, its related entities, or the agencies or companies associated with the Promotion.

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such disqualifications. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
