Promotion
The “Promotion” is the “Light Up Your Life with TP-Link!” promotion being run by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Subject to these Terms, claimants who make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period may be eligible to receive a Bonus.
Promoter
The “Promoter” is TP-Link Australia Pty Ltd ABN 27 146 745 173 of unit 4 9-11 South Street RYDALMERE NSW 2116.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01 am (Sydney time) on 1 April 2022 and closes at 11:59 pm (Sydney time) on 31 May 2022, or while stocks of Participating Products last (“Promotion Period”).
Who can participate?
To be eligible to claim a Bonus, each claimant must: a. be an Australian resident currently residing in Australia; b. be aged 18 years or over; c. make an eligible purchase during the promotion period; and d. comply with these Terms. For these Terms: a. “Eligible Purchase” means the purchase of a participating product from a Participating store in a single transaction that is paid for in full during the Promotion Period. Claimants must be logged online claim form to make an eligible claim. Eligible Purchases do not include i. commercial or business transactions involving the purchase of more than two (2) units of Participating Products; the purchase of second-hand products or ex-display stock or purchases made in conjunction with any other TP-link offer.

Bonus & Participating Products
“Participating Products” means Archer VR2800, Archer VR2100v ,Archer VR2100 or Archer VR400. All products sold at the participating Store. The Participating Products are subject to stock availability.
The bonus product is 1 x Kasa KASA KL430 Smart LED Light Strip (2 Metres) will sent directly from TP-Link Australia. No substitutes will be made to the above bonus product.
Delivery
Bonuses will be delivered to Australian addresses only. The Promoter is not liable in respect of any delivery that is dispatched before any change of delivery address is notified to the Promoter.
Delivery of the Bonus may take up to the time specified in the Details. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in delivery outside its control.
Claims
All claims are deemed to be received a confirmation email by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.
Verification and invalid claims
Multiple claims are not permitted, only one claim per household address and email address will be allowed.
If any of the details in the purchase receipt or tax invoice for the Eligible Purchase do not match the information received by the Promoter by these Terms, the entry may be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify proof of purchase with Participating Outlets.
Discretion or disqualif
The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, disqualify any claimant who: a. has breached these Terms; b. provides false information or fails to provide information by these Terms; c. has submitted a claim which is not following these Terms; d. the Promoter has reason to believe: i. is not the original claimant; ii. has forged, manipulated, interfered, or tampered with, or appeared to benefit from forging, manipulating, interfering, or tampering with, the Promotion; iii. has engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or deceptive, or other conduct that interferes with the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion; or e. does anything that may adversely affect the name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
