Terms & Conditions for "Download, Scan & Win with the TP-Partner App!" Event

1. Eligibility:
   This promotion is open only to Australian residents who are users of the TP-Partner App and aged 18 years or older. Participants must download the TP-Partner App, register, and purchase a qualifying VIGI or Omada product to enter.

2. Promotion Period:
   The promotion period runs from 1st November 2024 to 30th November 2024. Entries outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

3. How to Participate:
   To enter, participants must:

   • Download the TP-Partner App.
   • Register an account within the TP-Partner App.
   • Purchase an eligible VIGI or Omada product.
   • Scan the purchased product in the app to verify eligibility.
   • Complete the official form provided with all required details.

4. Gifts:
   Eligible participants may receive a gift, subject to availability. TP-Link Australia reserves the right to replace any gift with an item of equivalent value without notice.

5. Shipping:
   Gifts will be shipped only to eligible participants with valid Australian addresses. TP-Link Australia is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

6. Form Submission:
   Each participant may submit the form only once. Duplicate entries or falsified information will result in disqualification.

7. Data Usage:
   By participating in this promotion, participants agree to allow TP-Link Australia Pty Ltd. and its affiliated companies to collect and use their personal information solely for the purpose of facilitating this promotion and arranging the gift delivery. TP-Link will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Feedback:
   Feedback provided by participants on VIGI products and the TP-Partner App may be used by TP-Link for marketing or product improvement purposes.

9. Disqualification:
   TP-Link Australia reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

10. Changes to Terms:
    TP-Link Australia reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

11. Liability:
    TP-Link Australia will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from or in connection with this promotion.

12. Acceptance:
    By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions by TP-Link Australia regarding the promotion are final.
