What This Product Does

AP7650, the Omada Pro AX3000 Wall Plate Wi-Fi 6 access point, delivers speeds of up to 2976 Mbps which are boosted by the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology such as 1024-QAM, BSS Coloring, and more. Multiple built-in Gigabit Ethernet ports allow a smooth network for each room, such as dormitories, apartments, villas, and more. PoE supported also provides easy and flexible installations.

Network with Enterprise-Grade Wi-Fi 6

The overall 2976 Mbps Wi-Fi performance is increased by 1024-QAM and longer OFDM symbol, supporting both 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz.†‡

The Wi-Fi 6 features and advanced wireless techniques guarantee higher network efficiency and lower latency, such as BSS Coloring, Band Steering, and more.

Auto Channel Selection and Power Adjustment

Provides powerful wireless performance while significantly reducing Wi-Fi interference by automatically adjusting the channel settings and transmission power levels of neighboring APs in the same network.**

Full Gigabit Ports to Bridge Network

Wired devices like VoIP phones can be powered with no need for extra electrical cables. The four data ports (1 uplink + 3 downlinks) transfer data at multiple gigabits, allowing you to connect several devices to your gigabit network. One of the downlink ports offers PoE pass-through to eliminate the need for that extra power port.*

More than Speed, Security Matters

Customizable WIDS§ and adaptive WIPS§ empower the protection of critical data and network resources.

Intelligent Anomaly Detection and Analysis§ maintains 24/7 detection of network anomalies with timely alarms. Protect your network anywhere, anytime.

AP7650 also provides secure Wi-Fi access along with multiple authentication options (SMS, Voucher, etc) and abundant wireless security technologies, such as WPA3.

Cloud Centralised Management

The Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform provides 100% centralised cloud management and creates a highly scalable network controlled from a single interface. Seamless wireless connections are provided, making them ideal for use in dormitory, apartment, villa, and more.

Quick, Simplified Installation

AP7650 supports 802.3af/802.3at PoE, so there’s no need for more wiring.

With an easy-to-install design, there is no need to bring someone to install our AP7650. Plug it into the existing Ethernet cables, and it’s ready.

Follow the configuration instructions on the free Omada app to get set up in minutes. Omada lets you configure settings, monitor the network status, and manage clients, all from the convenience of a smartphone or tablet.

Maximum wireless signal rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Actual wireless data throughput and wireless coverage are not guaranteed. They will vary as a result of 1) environmental factors, including building materials, physical objects, and obstacles, 2) network conditions, including local interference, volume and density of traffic, product location, network complexity, and network overhead; and 3) client limitations, including rated performance, location, connection, quality, and client condition.

The actual capacity depends on the wireless environment and client traffic and is generally less than the maximum number of client connections.

Use of WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and its features, including OFDMA, HE160, Beamforming, Band Steering, 1024-QAM, and others require clients to support the corresponding features. The 160 MHz bandwidth is only available on the 5 GHz band. It may be unavailable in some regions/countries due to regulatory restrictions. The double channel width refers to 160 MHz compared to 80 MHz for general WiFi 6 APs.

§These functions require the use of an Omada Pro controller.

*PoE pass-through is only available when 802.3at powers the device.

**These functions require the use of Omada Cloud-Based Controller.
