There’s something wrong with the Deco app.

  • Make sure your wireless device has internet access, either with cellular data or Wi-Fi.
  • Exit the Deco app and then launch it again.
  • Make sure you log in using your TP-Link ID. You can also try logging out of your TP-Link ID and then logging back in.
  • Make sure you’re always using the latest version of the Deco app to the latest version.
  • If the problem persists, you can try uninstalling the Deco app and then reinstalling it, and powering your smartphone or tablet off and then on again.
