How to unbind cloud account with devices in mobile App

Before we begin:

You could unbind the cloud account by deleting your devices.  For NC series cameras using the tpCamera app, and for smart home products using the KASA app.  There are some operational differences between IOS and Android. 

Using a HS110 as example in Kasa App.

For IOS:

Option 1:  Sweep left on the screen and you will see the option of “Delete”.

Option 2:  Click the icon at the top right to enter Device Settings and you could select “Delete Device” at the bottom.

For Android:

Option 1: Touch and hold on the screen and the prompt message of delete device will pop up.

Option 2:  Click the icon at the top right to enter Device Settings and you could select “Delete Device” at the bottom.

Using a NC450 as example in tpCamera App.

Note: NC Class Cameras work with tpCamera app only.

 

For IOS and Android

Click the icon of gear to enter Settings and you could select “Remove Camera” at the bottom.
