| For TP-LINK devices, you can refer to our website to see if your product or a product you are interested in supports IPv6. If the device has the “IPv6 Ready” logo, you can rest assured that it has IPv6 support. The “IPv6 Ready” Logo certification is promulgated by the IPv6 Forum, a non-profit organization focused on IPv6 conformance and interoperability. TP-LINK is a member of the IPv6 Ready Logo Program. (3) Will older TP-LINK routers like TL-WR340GD support IPv6 in the future?
Because older TP-LINK routers don’t have sufficient storage and memory space for the new IPv6 stack, we don’t have plans to have IPv6 supported in the wireless-G or wireless-B routers. To benefit from the advances of the IPv6 technology, TP-LINK sincerely recommends one of our high-performance and IPv6 Ready routers to consumers.
